What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?

Coaching and therapy are very different. While both are centered in providing support to individuals. Required training and outcomes are different;

  • Coaching deeply focuses on the present while creating a plan for desired future outcomes

  • Coaching is solution based and sometimes involves addressing past issues, supporting you with releasing old thought patterns that are holding you back from your highest potential

  • Coaching is goal and action oriented to support your path forward

How far in advance should I schedule a session?

Sessions can be scheduled on a day and time that is convenient for you. Day and evening times are available, Tuesday-Saturday.

How do I know I am ready for a coach?

All potential clients will receive a readiness assessment. These are uniquely designed questions to uncover if you are ready for the work and commitment it takes for change. If you’re ready to get unstuck and head in your desired direction, let’s talk to see how we might partner together.

How long are sessions?

Sessions typically last for 60 minutes. Each session is scheduled at your convenience to meet your needs.
